Coverage begins when the order is shipped
The warranty period is one year from the shipment date shown on the applicable invoice or shipping document.
This warranty applies to genuine Atlas Copco air ends supplied by Aisipu. The written quotation, order confirmation and invoice identify the product covered by the warranty.
Contact us before dismantling or returning the unit
If a problem occurs during the warranty period, send the order reference, complete part number, nameplate photograph and a short description of the issue. Aisipu will review the information and provide the next instructions.
Please retain the invoice, shipping documents, product nameplate and relevant photographs until the warranty review is complete.
