If Aisipu ships the wrong item, we take full responsibility
If the product or quantity supplied by Aisipu does not match the accepted written order, Aisipu will take full responsibility and arrange the correction at no additional cost to the buyer.
Please keep the product unused and contact us before returning it. We will provide the required instructions and return or reshipment arrangement.
Provide the order reference together with photographs of the received product, part number, nameplate, quantity and packaging.
Other return and claim cases are reviewed individually
For transit damage or a part selected incorrectly by the customer, contact Aisipu before installation or return shipment. We will review the order documents and available evidence, then confirm the next step in writing.
